At SwitchKeys, we want to ensure your setup is perfect; if you are not satisfied with your hardware or peripherals, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original retail boxes, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
